Enjoy an exclusive holiday in La Villa, a picturesque village in Alta Badia, known for the famous ski slope "Gran Risa", where the Alpine World Cup takes place. Every year in December, La Villa host the best ski-athletes of the world.

The village of La Villa is surrounded by the majestic peaks of the Dolomites, unique in the world and declared heritage of 'humanity' UNESCO. In the historic part of the village, you will find the old castle „Ciastel Colz“ and the Church of La Villa.

Our house, completely renovated, has now the "Climate House"- Standards in respect of environment and energy conservation with charging station for E-Vehicles, is centrally located, with panoramic views of the Dolomite peaks.
Our comfortable apartments offer the possibility of a holiday of independence, geared to their individual rhythms.

Private parking, bus stops, pharmacies, shops, restaurants and many chairlifts with respective ski slopes are located in close proximity to our house.
In summer ideal for various trips and walks on the mountains, in our Alta Badia - Dolomites UNESCO, land of ancient traditions and the home of the Ladin language and culture.

Price is intended per apartment per day for a minimum sojourn of 7 days.

  • Tourist tax not included
  • Not included: laundry,  surface disinfection and ozone sanitization
  • € 60,00 for surface disinfection and ozone sanitization
  • € 7,00 for laundry per day/apartment
  • WiFi - Internet  € 20 per week/apartment
  • No smoke
  • Pets not allowed
  • For reasons of security and funktionality, apartments will be inspected daily by the operator
  • The apartment must be left clean and tidy; otherise the deposit of € 100,00 will be retained for final cleaning
  • Down payment: 50% of the total sojourn booked
